1. No Guarantee of Specific Financial Outcomes

While Audienzz provides tools to maximize message delivery rates (up to 99.8%) and open rates (up to 95%), we do not guarantee specific monetary sales increases, revenue growth, or subscriber engagement outcomes. Success depends on user content quality, audience targeting, product offerings, and compliance with opt-in consent guidelines.

2. Third-Party Telecommunication & Meta API Dependencies

Audienzz operates via integration with third-party service providers including Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API), telecommunication carriers, payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree), and cloud WebSocket infrastructure (Pusher). We are not responsible for service interruptions, network latency, policy amendments, or account suspensions initiated independently by Meta or telecommunication operators.

3. Compliance & Anti-Spam User Responsibility

Users of Audienzz are strictly required to obtain explicit prior opt-in consent from all recipient contacts before transmitting WhatsApp broadcast messages or automated sequences. Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications (SPAM) is prohibited under applicable laws and Meta Business Messaging Policies.
