Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and usage of the Audienzz website, software application, and API suite provided by Audienzz Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
1. Account Registration & Workspace Ownership
You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding workspace credentials, secret API keys, and all activities conducted under your workspace account.
2. Acceptable Use & Meta WhatsApp Commerce Policy
You agree to utilize Audienzz strictly in accordance with applicable laws, telecommunication regulations, and Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging & Commerce Policies. Prohibited activities include:
- Transmitting spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or non-consensual messages.
- Promoting illegal goods, prohibited financial schemes, or hazardous materials.
- Attempting reverse engineering, unauthorized API scraping, or service disruption.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, visual interfaces, design assets, trademarks, and documentation associated with Audienzz are the exclusive intellectual property of Audienzz Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
4. Service Availability & Modification
We continuously optimize Audienzz and reserve the right to modify features, update API versions, or perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
