2. Refund Eligibility & Request Process

• To initiate a refund, submit a request to [email protected] containing your workspace account email, subscription invoice number, and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Card, or Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly from your Workspace Billing & Subscription page. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain fully functional until the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Meta API Usage Charges

Please note that official Meta WhatsApp conversation charges (utility, marketing, authentication fees billed directly by Meta) are subject to Meta's independent billing guidelines and are non-refundable once consumed.
